Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We ship once a week. Orders paid by Thursday 12:00 are collected by courier on Friday; delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that. 

Shipping Methods & Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa only. We partner with reliable private couriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been collected by our courier, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over R1,000; below that it is a flat R128. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package has been collected by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
