Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for courier collection within 24 hours of being placed. 

Shipping Methods & Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa only. We partner with reliable private couriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been collected by our courier, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We use a straightforward, fixed-rate scale based on the volumetric weight of your items, which is divided into three pricing tiers. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package has been collected by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
